Paul JalefianManaging Partner

Paul Jalefian is the Managing Partner of its. events and has spent more than 25 years leading large-scale events across Lebanon and the Gulf.

He has held executive accountability for some of the region's most visible mandates. He headed the operations for the FIFA Fan Festival Qatar 2022 (1.7 million attendees), led different zones of Saudia Seasons, and directed the Supercopa de España 2022 Opening Ceremony. At Alat, a PIF company, he served as Executive Director of Events Management and built the function from the ground up. With PwC, he advised the Saudi Tourism Authority, and in Lebanon he has delivered mega national celebrations.

His work spans strategy, financial governance and government relations, from concept through delivery, with a consistent focus on control, reputation and outcome.

Holding the Google Project Management Professional Certificate, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on coordination to bring creative concepts to life.

Joelle Hajjar

Joelle is an architect and event designer with experience across the Middle East and Europe.

Her expertise spans large-scale events, international sports platforms, destination weddings, and architectural projects. Specializing in spatial planning, concept development, 3D visualization, and technical production drawings, she translates creative ideas into detailed, buildable environments. She coordinates with clients, suppliers, engineers, and production teams from concept through on-site execution. Joelle holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK).
